What A Mission Team Costs
To the right are listed the costs for a mission team. The cost for an 8 day team is $450. The cost for a 10 day mission team $550. This covers the expenses of the team and the on-going expenses of the camp ministry.
The initial $50 deposit should be given when your team application has been approved. This will secure your place on the team. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your place on the team. This deposit is non-refundable.
When your application has been approved, we will send you additional information to review. You should send the remaining balance at least one month before the team is scheduled to leave.
You will also need to make the arrangements and pay for your round trip airline ticket to Haiti and back. We will be happy to assist you in making your arrangements.
It is required that you buy travel insurance through Adams & Associates. Information on buying insurance on-line can be found here. The cost is $2.75 per day, and it covers you personally as well as your luggage. The cost is $22 for an 8 day team, and $27.50 for a 10 day team.
If you need help raising money for your missions trip, we will be more than happy to help you with materials you can share with your church, family, and friends. Many past team members have successfully raised the needed funds to join a mission team. We have found that family and friends are very willing to help. Let us know how we can assist you.
